Return Policy

We will honor returns or exchange items purchased directly from AllNaturallyYou.com within 21 days of your order.  We will return/exchange all unused and unopened items- with receipt.  All returns will incur a 10% restocking fee, which cover the payment processing charges of the original order.  Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.

We do not accept items purchased through a 3rd party.  Products purchased through an All Naturally You authorized retailer, must be returned to the store or spa where it was purchased. Return policies will vary by vendor.  Products purchased with a Gift Card are eligible for online store credit only.

For missing packages marked delivered to the address on the order, contact the carrier directly.  They will be able to provide some more information about where it was delivered and can hopefully help you locate it.If they are unable to locate your package, please email us directly at customercare@allnaturallyyou.com .  We will try to help from our end.

We are unable to assist with items that arrived broken and/or missing outside of the 21 day return/exchange policy timeframe and without a photo of the broken items and/or package. We are unable to assist after 14 days from when a package is marked as delivered. Any broken or damaged package will need to be returned to our facility for further investigation before we send a replacement to your original address.

We are not responsible for any damage, defect, material difference or loss of orders that are delivered to a forwarding company. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that have been delivered to a forwarding company. If a package is lost or damaged after being received by the freight forwarder, it is the responsibility of the freight forwarder, please contact them directly.

 

How To Process a Return/Exchange

 

  1. Contact Customer Care-  Send us an email (customercare@allnaturallyyou.com) to request a refund for your item.  If you receive a shipment with a broken or damaged item, please send a snapshot of the damaged item along with your order number.  We will send a Return Authorization Form for you to include in your shipment.  It is important that you contact Customer Care before you send in a return or exchange. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit that have not been communicated to Customer Care.
  2. Please safely pack the products. The return form must be included in your package for us to process your package in a timely manner.  Affix the prepaid return label to the box and ship it back to us by bringing the return to the carrier on the return label.
  3. All returns must be received, with the return form, at our facility within 2 weeks of the return label being emailed - otherwise we will not be able to authorize the full refund. After your return is received, we will inspect it.  If  approved, your refund/exchange will be processed. Your refund will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. There will be a 10% restocking fee, for returns, which covers the original orders payment processing fees (this is not a charge we keep).  Exchanges will not incur a restocking fee.
  4. Refunds should take between 7-10 business days to post back to your original form of payment.  If you have not received a refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or credit card company.
